YLD-2003, chemical name Diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, CAS No. 39443-66-8.
Diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether YLD-2003 (CAS NO. 39443-66-8) is colorless to light yellow transparent liquid. YLD-2003 is a bifunctional epoxy resin active diluent with good flexibility, giving bisphenol A resin flexibility, elongation and improving impact strength.
YLD-2003 can be used to formulate all kinds of epoxy resin castable, solvent-free coatings, impregnating glue, drop dipping glue and adhesives, and is widely used in the manufacture of large and medium-sized dry-type transformers, high-voltage switching parts of transformers, micro-motors, capacitors and other electronic devices.YLD-2003 is also the main component of automobile electrophoretic coatings.
YLD-2003 can also be used as cellulose finishing agent to increase the flexibility, fastness, alkali resistance, dyeing, etc. It can be used for finishing cotton, hemp, wool and silk fabrics to improve the tensile strength of fibers.
