1,5-Diaminopentane is a colorless, fuming liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It is soluble in water, ethanol, and difficult to dissolve in ether. It solidifies and crystallizes in deep freezing, but melts into a liquid again at room temperature. Using renewable plant resources as raw materials, high-purity and bio-based 1,5-Diaminopentane is produced through a specific bioconversion process. It can be applied to polyamide, pent methylene diisocyanate (PDI), epoxy resin curing agent, organic synthesis intermediates and can be further used in spinning, engineering materials, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, organic synthesis, and other fields.
