DACH, chemical name 1,2-DIAMINOCYCLOHEXANE, CAS 6864-37-5.
1,2-Diaminocyclohexane, also known as1,2-Cyclohexanediamine and DACH, belongs to the alicyclic group of diamines. DACH is a clear, colorless to light yellow transparent liquid at room temperature, slightly like the smell of ammonia. DACH is more sensitive to the air, and prolonged exposure to the air will easily lead to the yellowing of the product. DACH can be mixed and dissolved with water in any proportion, but the mechanical properties of the material can be affected by high water content of DACH.
